Classic local restaurant, exactly what you want. The service was EXCELLENT, staff was super attentive and friendly (with that being said, we also went early on a Tuesday evening.) The food was comforting and classic. Came here on a whim, will definitely come back. Side note: very good michelada
Trying new mexican restaurants around town and casa Maria was my next adventure. The atmosphere was very nice with a old school feel. The menu was vast and the staff were super friendly. The prices were very good and the food was made fast and came to the table looking delicious. Everything over all was very good and I would love to give this place 5 stars bit there chips and salsa were average and you get charged after your first helping.

Very good authentic food. Best in Clovis or Fresno. Will definitely be back! I've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants in Fresno. This one takes first place!
Food is very good, service is great. Family ran restaurant that is worth a try. I have liked everything I have tried there. My go to is the Bean Salad which is essentially a large tostada without the tortilla base. Grilled chicken is my meat choice. Also ask for the spicy red salsa it has a nice zip to it

After 3 games of bowling and 200 ounces of beer, the four of us stumbled into this place. The staff were super nice and the food came out quickly. I had the #30 combo which was a taco, burrito and enchilada with ground beef that was really good. My wife ordered the torte, that came in a bowl almost like it was soup. She liked the flavor but said that the meat was pretty fatty and why they are getting 4 and not 5 stars. We will definitely go back.
